  • No. Small class sizes are guaranteed to ensure appropriate attention is given to each student, and, as such, classes can reach capacity quickly and there are often waiting lists. When a student does not turn up to a trial lesson, another student on the waiting list misses out. However, if a student does not settle in, they will be refunded for the rest of the term.

  • Parents are not allowed in the room during lessons in the interests of minimising distraction, but parents are permitted to observe the lesson through the glass doors and windows where the venue permits.
